About Us
We opened our Torquay office February 2000, so that we could concentrate our efforts in this area of work and no other. We are criminal law specialists. Each of us has our own expertise within the criminal law (click here for more details), and, where possible try to offer representation by the solicitor of your choice throughout any case.
We cover the full range of criminal work from motoring to murder.
All of our solicitors are on the local Police Station and Court Duty Schemes (The road law website has disappeared, or is about to)
Three of us are qualified to appear at the Crown Court and above, meaning that we can represent you throughout your case.
We offer a free initial interview at which we advise clients on their eligibility for legal aid. We hold a Criminal Defence Service contract, which means that we can represent legally-aided as well as privately-paying clients. If you are paying for your own defence, wherever possible we will offer a fixed price for the job as well as flexible payment arrangements.
